We hope that you have all had a great week. We have had an amazing week at BMPS and have especially enjoyed making the most of outdoor learning while the sun was shining.

A special mention to our netball teams who competed at the Otara inter-school competition this week. Some of our Tui and Kahu tamariki also had an amazing trip to the Maritime Museum. We will be sharing photos of these events on our fb feed.

At our hui last night, we shared with whanau information about ‘Mitey’ a mental health programme that will be starting at BMPS next term. You will find more information about this amazing programme in the link below.

Attendance and Absence

Our tamariki need to be at school to learn. It is vital therefore, that if your child/children are well, that they are at school every day.

If tamariki are going to absent, it is important that you let the office know:

What’s Happening at BMPS?

On Thursday 29 June we are are having a Whangai I te hautapu/Feeding the stars Ceremony. You will find more information about this below.

Part of this ceremony will be a slideshow to honour those who have passed away in the last year (Poroporoaki ki nga tangata kua wheturangitia). If you would like someone from your family to be acknowledged, please send their photo, name and information to:
