Dear Parents and Caregivers
We would like to thank you for your support this year. It has been a fantastic year at BMPS. Some of the highlights include our Kahu camp, the Tui trip to Waiheke, all of the sport competitions, our 30th Mainfreight celebration, our Matariki morning, prize giving assembly, year 6 graduation and of course all of the amazing learning that happened in each and every class.
To our amazing staff, ngā mihi nui for all that you have done to make BMPS a great place to learn for our tamariki.
Thank you Juliet Jenkins for all of your mahi in Kiwi 3. We look forward to you coming back to BMPS as a reliever next year. To Thursha Vadivelu, we wish you well on you on your year’s leave-remember to come back to your BMPS whānau 🙂
To Lynn Bennett who is (sort of) retiring after 10 years at BMPS. Lynn, you are one in a million. Thank you for your passion, for your creativity, for your love for our tamariki. You have sparked the love of learning for so many of our 5 year olds, setting them up for great success in their learning journey. It is time for you to have some time for your many art projects and dogs. We are thankful that although you will not have a class, you will be part of BMPS next year.
To our Year 6 tamariki and whānau who are leaving BMPS, we wish you well. When you start college, remember to apply for a Mainfreight Scholarship. In all that you do, remember to dream big, never give up and know that with hard work, belief and determination ‘Anything is Possible.’
Once again, we thank you for your continued support. BMPS is blessed to have such a strong and supportive parent community.
May you all have a wonderful Christmas and summer break. We look forward to having an amazing 2024 with the tamariki who are returning to BMPS.
Kind regards,
fee
